      We appreciate your feedback as a Behavioral Health Technician on the Inpatient unit in Mt Gretna with WellSpan Philhaven. While there are lots of opportunities to pick up additional shifts, there are also job openings at www.joinwellspan.org/behavioral-health/ which offer a sign on bonus options and internal staff are eligible for an employee referral bonus. Shift and weekend differentials apply, and the benefits are comprehensive.
