      Turning into another money hungry conglomerate

      Nurses are hard working and tolerant Facilities are easy to navigate

      5 yrs ago, I would have recommended WellSpan whole heartedly. Today? Not a chance. Poor management. Nurses are not valued

      Upper management’s focus on DEI varies by personal choice of senior management. Peer support talks about things that per HR qualifies to terminate anyone at any time.
