      friendly staff, easy to get to know everyone since it is so small, dept I worked in did self scheduling, benefits comparable to most hospitals

      Cons

      even though there are other facilities within Wellspan, every facility operated slightly different than the next. The policies, staffing, procedures varied depending on the facility.
