I have been with the company over four years. WellStone has strong and caring leadership, opportunities for professional growth, and a strong commitment to the community. WellStone continues to offer new and innovative programs to improve mental health services in North Alabama. It truly is exciting to be part of WellStone's mission. I look forward to coming to work!

Cons

Leadership is very responsive to the needs of their employees and any issue I have experienced has always been addressed immediately and to my satisfaction.

Work here if you have no other option

Cons

This company does not care about it's employees. The turnover rate is insane because they don't pay their employees enough or treat them well
