Pros

I enjoyed my co-workers and lead therapist I had a little bit of a flex schedule where I could occasionally leave early on Fridays

Cons

The pay is not good at all. Some of the leaders struggled with being good leaders

Lack of work life balance Rude supervisors Unhelpful workplace Micromanagement Supervisors will tell you one thing and lie about it. Be sure to get things in writing. Worse company to ever work for.

Pros

Good life experience. I had a great supervisor so that really helped me manage my cases better.

Cons

Not a lot of training beyond on boarding. If you work overtime in a week there is a holiday, they will cut out holiday time to adjust to a 40 hour week and will not pay you overtime.
