Pros

Good clients, great experience in mental health, other case workers help and work with you, team environment.

Cons

low pay, big case load, in people's homes and they're in your car, not 100% safe.

Pros

Client oriented/driven, caring staff, good benefits and insurance, friendly co-worker

Cons

PAY.....they don't pay anywhere near the bottom of what would be considered the worth of professionals and give no raises.... and lose alot of good people as a result...

Pros

The “floor staff” and patients are generally rewarding experiences. There’s a “we’re in this together” bonding. Plenty of overtime available.

Cons

Very minimal pay raises. Staff in general doesn’t feel appreciated or have their hard work recognized. Worst place I’ve ever worked in terms of rumors and sabotaging other staff. Administration tends to be very punitive. High patient to staff ratios. Plenty of overtime being available means working short handed.
