      The culture passed down by the original partners - collegiate, respectful and grown-up Cash bonuses Most senior people are intelligent, decent and approachable..

      Cons

      Private partnership structure makes it hard to progress beyond a certain level There is a widespread impression that the current senior management is prepared to sacrifice the traditional Wellington culture in exchange for further growth.

      - company has a good reputation - people are 'nice' to your face - they care about maintaining a 'nice' culture - benefits are okay similar to industry peers

      Cons

      - middle management = ineffective - slow - turnover is high - old reporting applications = pain. But they are trying to replace all their current reporting applications at once (emphasis on the word 'trying) - pay raise is impossible, if you leave they are happy to spend $$$ on external hire instead
