      Talented and dedicated individuals who actively continue to recollect and foster a strong, collaborative work culture.

      Cons

      diminishing team-oriented culture at the management level, an emphasis on quantity over the quality of deliverables, incoherent and uninformative communication from management, inconsistency and ineffectiveness in senior leadership messaging, and a disconnect between stated intentions and actual actions.

      very collaborative culture, interesting work. lots of smart people around.

      Cons

      the launch/early career program is horribly run. in over 3 years there I only looked at a 10K once - for my interview, despite repeatedly asking for a fundamental team. RAs are used as spare labor for whatever group needs people - the ESG team, client communications, etc. there is 0 skill development, transparency, or RA inout in where you're placed. management is political and incompetent, and witholds info on available rotations to force you onto certain teams. the programs at fidelity or capital group are better choices.

      Pros

      Work was interesting as I was heavily involved in the sec master and got to know how all securities are built.

      Cons

      I worked there as a contract employee. I was told that when a perm position opened up I would be given consideration. That wasn't true and they strung me along. If you work as a contracter they treat you differently too.
