Everything else: 1. Job security - a lack of transparency from the Leadership team tends to surprise many people when they decide to lay people off 2. Growth - stagnant as you won't get any comps increases for years, even if you get title/officership promotions 3. Working environment - too many ordinary coworkers here, which does not matter normally but imagine when you see the ordinary ones get promoted (you know they are ordinary because they can't do things unless turning to you for help all the time)

The firm seems to be confused where it is headed with it's products, they have done so many reorgs and layoffs that it's created a stressful environment. The work life balance has also gotten worse with the shrinking workforce but pay hasn't been increased.
