Pros
I tried but can't think of any.
Cons
It's like working back in the 90s. Technology for the employees to help clients is the worst in class. Every form is manual. Systems break down *every *single *day! Back office has moved offshore, incompetent is being kind. But leadership does not care hear us. Domestic resources, not much better in that people just accept and cannot see past our archaic tools & processes. And even then, to get an approval on work, you have to explain and document to the most painful and granular level because most people can't see what's in front of them. Accountability is severely lacking. SLAs are outrageous. Trying to get anything one and done is nearly impossible. If you have any common sense, check it at the door or you'll drive yourself mad. If you're a mediocre employee and don't mind spinning your wheels all day, you'll fit in just fine.
