Pros

A fairly stable and reliable job until the recent market changes took place. You can receive overtime in many of the positions. Great learning evironment with up to date systems. Many friendly young people to work with.

Cons

Expectations can be beyond reasonable in terms of hours per day and work load. In many cases there is a lack of concern. Can be difficult to get ahead in certain groups and under certain managers. Appears to be some reverse discrimination taking place in some groups. The over all group hiring strategy was to take advantage of recent college graduates. They would pay the minimum and expect the world.

Pros

The benefits package is very good because it falls under the Wells Fargo group policy and therefore it is cheap and comprehensive.

Cons

"Warm Calling" current Wells Fargo customers who do not want to hear from you is tough on the self esteem.
