Insurance is suppar, salary is usually below industry standards, company has no direction and has been lost under it's current CEO CS. Layoffs are always happening but keep the numbers low so it never makes headlines, but that now has changed with them setting aside billions for severance pacakages in 2024. Employee survey is a joke and is never acted on, more like brushed under the rug. Location strategy is now in full effect, you better live in NY, St. Louis, Dallas, NC, or Inida if you want to have a future with this company.
