Pros

I worked doing patient registration at the front desk of one of the practices in the Physician's Group. The doctor I worked for was great and had a great team. Front office, back office and clinical staff worked well together.

Cons

Training could be improved. Basically we trained while at our desks via webinar which was distracting at times. Would have liked to have heard about opportuities outside the Physician's Group

It's good place to get your experience great pto but takes 6months to use. Not really too many nice things to say about this place.

Cons

Short staff, over worked, severely under paid. No appreciate showed from management. Management doesn't work for you but against you. Constantly a changed of work will be done. Nothing stays the same.
