The vascular Institute is horrible and constant complaining is the norm. Burn out due to frustration and difficult doctors is consistent with unhappy employees. No one is truthful on the surveys because of the retaliation. They just churn and burn employees.

So many cons. Mainly upper management in the Human Resource department who are unprofessional and lack the knowledge of what a good HR department should be. They do not appreciate their workers and overload the staff. Turnover at this organization is very high . What does it say when close to 10 employees in this one department have left the company since the beginning of the year. They need to take a deep dive into this department as well as the company and move into this century and allow real HR practitioners to lead. Stop overworking the teams and truly allow for a work life balance .
