Pros

GREAT perks - concierge, PTO build up is quick, childcare, etc. Good work/life policies - you work extra hours, you get extra PTO They spend a lot of time & money to make sure their employees are happy & excited to come into work

Cons

A lot of your experience depends on your manager. I worked in 2 departments at WellStar - one was amazing & I never wanted to leave. One was toxic, and they coerced employees into giving great GALLUP scores. It gets pretty political, so beware. It's easy to get stuck with a toxic group & there's not a lot you can do about it.

Pros

Good benefits, great physicians..many very good employees, lots of opportunity. Vacation time is adequate and most managers are really good to work for.

Cons

Not competitive wages, the insurance is terrible. I myself did not like the travel distance and they expect you to travel to other locations to help out if needed.
