Pros

There is a gym on site. 98% of staff and culture is positive. They provide great care for the population they serve.

Cons

They serve a VERY diverse population. There is a significant amount of new learning required every day. You may have patients with autism, PD, TBI, CVA, tongue tie, PPA, minimally conscious, dysphonia, and chronic cough all in one day. As a PRN you won't have the same resources as other staff but you may be expected to perform as if you do and pay out of pocket for those resources.
