Unfortunately managers have no conscious or communication skills, no compassion

Cons

Most of the time the left foot doesn't know what the right foot is doing until its too late, poor comunication

Had really supportive coworkers. Met allot of great friends

Cons

Highschool "CLICK" set up while I was working there. Not treated well if you dont fit into that circle. Didn't have enough preceptors, I was precepted by a Traveler! No communication between management and staff. Worst place I have every worked

Pros

Get place to work. Most managers are very understanding and flexible. Yearly bonuses, great benefits and the culture is "we are all in this together". I have been working there for years. Room for advancement, faster with education & credential upgraded.

Cons

hard to get hired, most jobs posted are already accounted for by the department manager. It is not you, but it is how it is.
