      Good pay for experienced nurses. Offers flexibility in schedules more than any other system in the area (Prn or part time availability). High standards. Epic documenting. Barcode medication scanning.

      Micromanaging. Insurance costs way too much.

      There are many jobs available all of the time. Most of the employees are amiable and hard-working.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than average, benefits are not that great, policies are inconsistent, communication is almost nonexistent between clinical and office staff, raises are extremely low and on an annual basis. The hiring process is extremely long and tedious. Always understaffed.
