Pros

Willing to train you in different areas (administrative, not clinical), tuition reimbursement (currently paying for my bachelor's degree), will move you to different settings if you're not necessarily fit for what you're hired for (rather than letting you go)

Cons

Low pay, HR stinks big time, insurance is terrible, very corporate as far as protocol in various situations, management and HR aren't experienced and don't really know what they're doing.

Continues to expand. Hire mostly new graduates. Creates a monopoly. Good place to begin career if you don't step on the wrong toes.

Cons

Decrease in benefits, negative cultures in some areas. Management does not always take accountability and some lack integrity placing their mistakes or ineptness on employees. Clicks and alliances can make it terrible for newcomers. Creates monopoly limiting choices for better employment or care.
