      Pros

      Benefits, perks, competitive salary, room for growth and advancement... the list goes on. Wellstar is a phenomenal company to work for. If you're ambitious, a quick study, savvy and willing to go a little beyond what is expected of you, you'll do very well for yourself. I absolutely love it here!

      Cons

      There is a fee to join the gym at work. Being as though this is a healthcare organization, I would think they would encourage employees to exercise regularly... for free.

      Pros

      Some perks are great e.g. concierge service, colleagues are very friendly, when it counts, everyone works as a team.

      Cons

      Some senior managers are horribly clueless. Some days I find it hard to justify how they achieved such heights with mediocre talents. Office politics can be crippling if you let it get to you.
