      Pros

      WellStar offers flexibity in work schedules, great benefits, approachable and available leaders, a diverse workforce, work-life balance and is a great partner in the community

      Cons

      While being diligent in their efforts to promote from within, they often end up with inexperienced leaders, have no succession planning, use antiquated systems in departments that don't drive dollars and can be reactive more often than proactive.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great. Some positive changes made in the last year.

      Cons

      Turnover of upper management has been a problem since Dr. Lipson's death. With each change comes a change in policies, vision and procedures. Staff expected to do more with less, not always recognized as professionals.
