Equipment has been good. Help paying off school loan. I am getting home more often. They will pay for minor parts needed for equipment.

Cons

Repairs take forever. Roadbreakdown is very poor. weekend communications is very poor. No extra pay for not taking the insurance or retirement plans. everything is the driver's fault. A very accusative atmosphere.

1. They have a lot of dedicated accounts drivers can get from the start of there career 2. Werenr maintains the fleets of trucks they have. 3. It's not hard to get home on the weekends

Cons

1. Unfortunately the pay is not that good. 2. No room for advancement 3. Limited resources 4.No terminals that offer adequate driver resources
