      Pros

      Freedom from office politics was a big draw for me! Also, no stuffy suits to wear or supervisors over your shoulder. Getting paid to see the country. Awesome equipment that was well maintained was a huge perk.

      Cons

      I was told a lot that was half true. I rarely saw home just to make a decent pay. 70hr per week drive time for 36k per year is around $10 per hour.

      Solid in the industry, so stable if you are critical to the company.

      Cons

      This is a very disfunctional environment. You never know what to expect would happen each day. Senior management works purely from emotion - unprofessional.
