Pros
The company had an idea pool where they encouraged and rewarded contributions. The work was fascinating and challenging. The people were friendly. My management set goals that focused on salary increase, instead of promoting a fear for my job. They gave me a bonus when my wife had a baby. They supported humanitarian efforts.
Cons
They claimed to be a "WesTech family". They were a poor family, but they were a good business. They terminated my employment and were money-driven. My project success was struggling, and from a business perspective I don't blame them. They had a laboratory safety issue, which I don't know all the details about. The important thing is the health and future of this employee that was involved.
