We are an employee-owned company and with that comes some benefits- a great culture, employees with an ownership mentality, and a retirement savings account, in addition to a 401k. Employee ownership is a great benefit. It sounds like you may not have liked the employee ownership, I'm sorry to hear that. We do have employee turnover as most companies do. We are continually striving for low employee turnover by having excellent benefits and culture. We value our employees and all they contribute! I'm also sorry to hear that your advice would be to treat employees well. This is always good advice! One of our Company Values is to value our employees.
