Pros

West bend has a fun culture and lots of opportunity within if you are willing to be on site. The benefits are very good and affordable. They comply with state regulations and really try to follow the rule book.

Cons

Vesting doesn't happen until the end of the year, technology platforms often go down, they are very much "watching pennies as quarters roll by." The workload can be extremely unmanageable during peak times. It's difficult to find people to fill positions so we often are short staffed.

Benefits are decent, co-workers are wonderful, facility is nice, security is great.

Cons

Management. They don’t even attempt to retain good employees. They view outspoken, strong employees as a threat rather than recognizing the opportunities that come with an employee like that. They will shower you with praise if you bow down to them but if you bring something to their attention or make them mad-good luck to you!
