Fair pay, excellent 401K match, casual dress code, opportunities for insurance education, beautiful campus with walking trails, onsite gym and fitness classes, great food at a great price in the Terrace. Kevin is great and makes a point to talk to everyone regardless of position, his breakfast club meetings are informational and enjoyable to attend.

Cons

Workload can be high and would benefit from hiring additional support staff. Such a good place to work that many have been there 30-40+ years and some feel entitled and unwilling to change.
