Good company culture. Nice offices. Opportunities to work from home. Expectations are laid out for you in detail. Casual dress code.

Cons

High expectations with a heavy workload. Employee satisfaction is highly dependent on the team and territory that you're placed in (determined by open positions and management). Teams get switched frequently. There usually seems to be a shortage of employees, leaving the current employees to pick up the slack and work overtime. Work life balance is hard to come by.
