Not on the bleeding edge of technology. However they are fast followers.

Autonomy, requires very little paperwork

Cons

Paychecks not reliable to come regularly. I haven't had a raise in 9 years.

Pros

-It has a casual work environment - jeans, T-shirts, etc. -Somewhat flexible with work hours -Bonus system that rewards employees for company's performance

Cons

-Pay seems largely determined by how long an employee has been with the company rather than how well he does his job. -I suspect that the above mentioned bonus system may be artificially inflated earlier in year so that the bonus can be used as a carrot to employees. The amount of the bonus implicitly promised by management seems to never be achieved.
