We appreciate your willingness to share your feedback on your employment with West. We too, feel that West has a great atmosphere with wonderful people. West is committed to ensuring we have appropriate training and trainers in place to provide a positive learning experience for our team members. In addition, we offer an online Learning Management System, with currently over 1,200 available training courses to help our team members learn in their role and develop for future opportunities. We strongly encourage open communication within West and encourage our team members to speak with their manager or a member of Human Resources if they are not satisfied with the level of training available to them. The operators and most PGLs are great.

Cons

The working hours are terrible, 12 hour shifts destroy people. no time for anything.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that shift work can be challenging. West Dublin operates 24/7 in order to meet the requirements of our customers and ultimately the patients we serve. We have conducted reviews of the shift patterns and the majority of those who provided feedback did not want to change the current shift pattern. The shift patterns rotate from days to nights, so that one week team members only work two days, with five days off.
