Great people. Teaches discipline. Teaches mindset.

Cons

A lot of studying. Raised prices and raised performance cap. I witnessed veterans who were there fired with no help from the company. The work life balance is awful. Imagine working 12-16 hours Monday thru Friday driving 100 miles from the office which could potentially put you in another state. Saturday is a little shorter but 6-9 hours. Then Sunday you are off finally. Monday there is a mandatory meeting at 9am. You can’t do anything. You’re a slave to their schedule and when you perform well you’re told to stay consistent. This is done by drinking energy drinks and whatever else you think you need to do to stay positive. I took 170 but it came at a price. My family, my friends, my world. Ask yourself is it worth it before applying.

Pros

Work itself is fairly straightforward. Pay is average for everyone outside of design consultant, which is commision based so it has a higher ceiling. Most of your coworkers are friendly and approachable and make your day to day enjoyable. There is a lot of rapid growth in the company as it opens new offices and locations.

Cons

the company is made up of a lot of white males, lack of diversity among the company, especially in management positions. Has a very good old boys club feel. Benefits and employee care is an after thought in most cases. Cost of living raises are frowned upon. Lack of trust of employees among leadership and management. Internal promotions are hit or miss, no clear growth paths if you want to grow your career. Company values are promoted everywhere but very few are actually followed.

Good... AT FIRST. (They make you think that they are a good company) they will go against their core values.

Cons

They make it seem that they care, AT FIRST. You make sacrifices for the company... put in hard hours, and nothing is ever good enough. They change their minds every single day on what needs done. New management coming in does a horrible job at being consistent.
