Pros

Training is decent. System selling which does work The commissions/money is very good They provide a base salary and benefits The DC's working there are GOOD people, but there is marginal relationship building and comradery.

Cons

EVERYTHING is high pressure. You'll work 6 days a week, 11-12 hour days. You will never see family, friends, or have ANY real personal time to do anything else but life necessities and sleep on your time off Physical, mental, emotional exhaustion *** Management sets appointments BASED ON PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT!!! TAKE NOTE. Meaning if your doing well you'll get better leads. If you aren't performing, hit a slump, show signs of burnout, you will get the bottom of the barrel and they'll subtly and discreetly PHASE YOU OUT... Or you'll leave out of frustration. >>> Turnover must be around 50-60% by year one This is a metrics driven company. They will preach this ONE TEAM garbage but you are just an earner, a number, there is ZERO personal connection to the company itself.

Cons

0 work life balance Working from 7 am-10 pm 5 days a week, Saturday only 7 am-5 pm, Sunday prepare for next week 2 hours. Over 80- hour work week with pressure from 5 different sides. The have you because of the money, but if you make one mistake, you are fired, not demoted or written up, fired Core values only applies to outside sales - no one else Health insurance is TERRIBLE and more expensive because we make more money
