-Many long-term staff worked together in-person and it is hard to gain their trust as a remote employee, especially in a management role. -Not open to new ideas. -Someone said this in another review - "I was isolated and unsupported by management. In consulting, you have to make sure all of your hours are billable to specific projects, which change according to tasks and deadlines. I struggled my entire time to fill hours and received little help." I had the exact same experience, especially being isolated. -Some unethical practices to cover up issues. -No one cares if you burnout or about your mental health/wellness.
