none. pay is crap, no advancement opportunities whatsoever.

Cons

terrible pay, zero benefits for hourly employees, health care expensive as hell, no room for advancement, hourly people are looked down on by everyone in the company. Oh, and they try to hire people with degrees and then want to pay them 13.00 per hour.
