I work with a good group of people. There's a vast amount of knowledge to learn allowing you to choose a more specific field if interested. They also provide pertinent skills necessary to be successful at any job.

paid training in Los Angeles which was very thorough, great company,able to supervise four or five people, met with vice principals principals and representatives from schools where you would be assessing students. computer, printer, materials and office supplies FedEx to you by the company. management and supervisors were very good and helpful.

Cons

very stressful, extremely detailed oriented and required an enormous amount of materials and data to keep track of. The pay is very low for this important position.. The responsibility, paperwork and enormous amount the boxes take up in your apt. Or home.
