Pros

- Ease you into project tasks so not overwhelmed. - Interesting project work.

Cons

- Low pay and limited PTO. - Very cliquey. It was difficult to find footing when I first started, and didn't get a chance to really bond with anyone until I was already considering leaving. Even still, I never quite felt like I could fit in, as well as others I had spoken to, resulting in me and others leaving the company. - Very slow at times, to the point where there was nothing to do. I would ask for work, and either get no response back or told to do busy work. - Upper level staff were not always responsive. - Limited to one or two project in your first year which sounds good at the time until you realize there isn't much work to do or it would be monotonous.

Pros

Only that you can work from home

Cons

They don't hire black people (my husband & his family applied & I recommended them), the pay is extremely low, the recruiters are rude, lie about what the job description says to certain candidates, and it's not a stable job. They're always hiring. Also, they asked my husband and his family if they could adjust their voices to speak "properly" because they don't want to scare the callers.

Pros

Great work life balance. Many opportunities to learn (depending on project). Great co-workers (depending on project).

Cons

Very limited to no growth opportunities. Many entry level staff spend years in entry level positions earning entry level salaries, performing mid-level tasks without being appropriately compensated.
