Hours, short term work and contract position.

Cons

Supervisor with lack of people skills, lack of knowledge and favoritism. This is a place where friends and family are hired and managed by people whom they have close personal relationships with.

Company does not offer benefits for field workers and they promise 401 k and it is non existent. This is not something that I recommend company lacks organization. You go to strange people's homes this can be dangerous chance of being bitten by dog etc... this is a contract job. Also the training starts at 8 am you will have no time to explore city out of training is in

If you are 1. a statistician and therefore desired 2. someone who needs flexibility in scheduling (depends on your position but the company is fairly family-friendly) 3. someone who values stability over income or opportunity this is the place for you

Cons

For lower profile staff, compensation is below average for the region Even though the company thinks it promotes from within, it doesn't, or only within certain tiers Too many VPs - and therefore, large salaries concentrated
