      Pros

      There is some flexibility with balancing work and professional life. Management are qualified. Benefits for employees are good for long-term employment.

      Cons

      The company is conservative. Management is not progressive and still has an old school mentality. A lot of company policies are not written, there is a lack of communication among the departments, and limited options for growth within the company.

      Pros

      Private offices; fitness center, free coffee, well maintained facilities; great kitchens for each floor or work area; nice cafeteria, free parking; excellent benefits; many managers offer flexible working hours, but some do not; lunch time seminars;

      Mangement infighting; chaos; lack of direction; projects not well managed; staff not well coordinated; lack of attempt to find the best person for the job; decreased attention to quality of products recently; poor morale; spirit of collaboration seems to be dissipating; huge disparity between the way different areas of company are managed

      Great part time job with no opportunity for advancement

      Pros

      Flexibility, Good Communication with supervisor, good training experience,excellent support. Feel like you are part of a team.

      Cons

      No full-time field jobs, pay on low end of industry scale,lots of paperwork,people stay forever so there are few supervisory openings that would possibly lead to full time employment.
