      No channels for input into company governance Favortism is rampant is some divisions Staff morale is quite low (unless worker is favored by supervisor) Expressing concerns about quality of work products is generally unwelcome

      you can grow if you put in the work

      but there is no motivation because there are no promotions only more responsibility, that way they do not have to pay you increase your pay until review. They rather stretch people thin than hire
