I am delighted you like the fast paced environment - its never boring and its a fun place to work with so many people to interact with. Sorry about the parking, there is not much we can do but we are always looking for creative alternatives. Do make sure you look at your Perkbox account too - plenty of fun things to get excited about.

We have put so many things in place to improve communication with staff and I am always delighted to be in front of our people to brief them on our performance, strategy and future plans. We can always do more and with Pulse, our intranet, and Horizon , our new HR system, will really help.

It is perhaps easier to work in an environment that is so fast growing. winning bells are ringing everywhere and everyone in the company has such a can-do attitude. I appreciate that not everything can be done all the time, but by goodness the whole team try!

Cons

Mere growing pains - if too much excitement can be a con!
