Firstly thank you for leaving a review on Glassdoor and I am delighted that you felt that it was a good place to work. We have invested significantly in our Learning and Development programme in the past two years and particularly our induction programme. Every employee now has an L&D assessment and we have 5 staff dedicated to providing training wherever it is needed. I am sad that you did not benefit from this but we are striving to do ever better and many of our programmes have now been nominated for awards - so we are getting there. Alex.

Pros

good social side and good friends made.

Cons

no training provided (and processes change all the time without being informed), Lack of communication between staff and management, no rewards or appreciation, feels like being back at school (ie toilet trips timed, cant go and get a drink...must stay at your desk). Workplace bullying doesn't get resolved with management or HR (witnessed on many occasions).

Firstly thank you leaving a review. Clearly I am disappointed that you had a bad experience at Westcoast. Each team can set their own rules and generally we have a relaxed attitude to work with a relentless focus on the customer (however they speak to us!). We are in a dynamic industry that changes all the time and Westcoast are growing at a phenomenal rate creating some growing pains along the way. Most importantly, we have invested in heavily in Learning & Development and every staff member (including management) has training on our values and culture. Alex
