Pros

Work is interesting and challenging. Pay is good. Benefits are good. Work environment is good. Fellow Co-Workers are great.

Cons

Lately Westell has made investments on products that are not selling. Seems to lack an overall long term plan. This has caused a reduced staff and a hit on morale. With job uncertainty on the top of the list of concerns. On the positive side Westell always seem to land on their feet.

Pros

The senior engineers in USA, are a talented bunch with deep understanding of technologies. They are totally committed to innovating state of art solutions. Extremely humble and approachable, is how I would rate the management and company culture.

Cons

They struggling with their bottom line when I left the company. There were some huge layoffs and cost cutting.
