Pros

Laid back environment in most ways. Great people to work with. Training opportunities provided by the company. Occasional ability to work remotely.

Cons

Everything is really slow. As a contractor working with the federal employees can be frustrating. Changing anything for the better tends to be an uphill battle.

Pros

Some telework allowed for some positions. Work can be complex and challenging. Covered secure parking. Good benefits and mostly nice hardworking coworkers.

Cons

Location of Phoenix Office is in industrial area so plan a long commute from anywhere. Pay is fixed at government rates and steps.
