work/life balance is great...I'll give this agency that. Compressed schedules + Telework options

Cons

Even as good as work/life balance is....it is not near good enough to offset the utter chaos and dysfunction within this organization. If you like banging your head against a wall non-stop and feeling trapped, then this is the place for you
