A lot of great people work here, strong arts community, some very strong programs, Kalamazoo is wonderful

Cons

Legitimate concerns about unmanageable workload are consistently ignored, benefits diminish or cost more every year for the last ten years, more and more layers of procedural bureaucracy are added each year, and important approval systems get completely changed every few years - not for the better
