-in office everyday -ceo is micromanager at the lowest level, which seems counterproductive to having any sort of management between analysts and ceo -ruthless culture -layoffs at every turn -people losing their jobs are highly skilled and qualified, people being brought on are of significantly lower caliber

Goals don't always align with current comp plan. Management seems confused when sales team focuses on comp plan where they can make some money rather than the current flavor(goal) of the week.

Poor tone from the top causing no alignment between senior management and the rest. Artificial transformation vision announcements and unrealistic promises lead by small group of individuals. No promotions or raises.
