Cons

Working within some areas of the university there is a form of peer pressure made obvious regarding the attendence of events held by different departments and clubs.

Pros

Working for a university which makes a difference in students lives is a very rewarding experience. Having a job here has helped me understand the effort it takes to run a university.

Cons

There are only so many jobs you can work in before you run out of moves. Outside candidates are considered for jobs which makes it harder to move up in the organization.
