here is what I am going to say becauseDurability: Very durable and can last for decades with proper care. It can be sanded and refinished multiple times, which increases its lifespan.

Cons

Appearance: Solid wood has a natural, unique grain pattern and can vary in color and texture. Each piece is distinct.

Pros

As a student staff I was able to make my own schedule to a large extent (up to 20 hrs/week), which is incredibly useful while trying to study for finals and the like. The bosses and supervisors were chill and relaxed, as long as you did your job (which was not hard).

Cons

It's a student position, so to be expected, but the pay wasn't sublime, a tad over minimum wage.
