Pros

Energetic and collaborative work environment. Staff were very helpful and quick to lend a hand when I had computer trouble. Beautiful location. Interesting and innovative programs and campus events.

Cons

It is not a very friendly place to be if you're on the more conservative end of the political spectrum. Though not often directed at me (I am more liberal-leaning), I witnessed some regular outright bullying, and there was nothing done to address its toxic impact on the work environment. I found this very disappointing for an institution that claims to embrace diversity.

Pros

Great professional experience for those students able to work in an office setting. Standard promotions are usually provided, and the opportunities to learn from superiors and client interactions are vast and helpful. Usually very great flexibility for students with schedules, etc.

Cons

Is rather limited on the ability to work on creative solutions to problems. Usually expected that standard solutions are those that are provided. A little bit of the culture of "throw it over the wall".

Fun people to work with, very helpful. Allows you to make mistakes and learn from them.

Cons

You were only "allowed" and were paid to work 19 hours a week, but you would spend easily 30-40 hours.
