Most of the benefits are good.

Cons

Worst University I have ever worked for...completely hypocritical when preaching diversity and inclusion for students but do not treat staff that way. No training. No real leadership, and a very passive-aggressive environment.

Good atmosphere overall, State Benefits, location and proximity to outdoor recreation unparalleled to most places. There is a lot of space for creativity in programming

Cons

Resources are limiting, lack of strategic direction, change incredibly slow, western tends to be very reactive to situation and change and positions are built around people
